The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, self-assessed health status, tobacco use, desired coverage, and term preference. This information goes to the carriers' quoting platform to deliver rates and stays off this website. You won't provide name, location, phone, or email to view quotes. The same request may be fulfilled from cache briefly so we don't repeatedly call the quoting service.

Applying

Once you opt to apply, the information you provided prefills a secure form managed by the carriers' platform; you then follow that platform's separate privacy conditions. Susman Insurance Agency, a state-licensed California agency (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

Contact us by providing your name, email address, optional phone number, your preference for how we should respond, the subject of your inquiry, and your message. The agency gets your message through email; your address becomes our reply contact. This site stores no message archive, no submission database, and no message record. A quick security measure runs in your browser before submitting to prevent misuse.

Measurement

Page view counting on this site uses first-party, cookie-free measurement delivered from our domain. Cookies and client-side identifiers are not created; your IP address has two bytes scrambled before saving; referrer query parameters are discarded; raw logs are wiped after ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are not measured.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, or transfer individual information; we don't employ tracking for advertising; and we don't integrate outside analytics. The sole exception is the carriers' application tool on the apply page, present only if you go there.
